The study identifies the main challenges faced by the securities market sector in the Fintech 3.0 era, such as the adaptation to emerging technologies and the integration of digital platforms within the framework of current regulations. Moreover, specific strategies are proposed to overcome these challenges, such as investment in technological infrastructure, financial education, and collaboration between the public and private sectors to foster innovation.
