Abstract

Abstract. - This paper explores how Blockchain technology emerges as a mechanism for strengthening information transparency and as a tool for fighting corruption in relation to the crime of influence peddling. It also explores in a general way the concept of information transparency, the Open Government and Administrative Governance models, starting from the premise that Blockchain technology can become a technological tool for the construction of more transparent and dynamic institutions, with the aim of laying the foundations for this system to be incorporated into the public administration, an analysis of the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages that would represent the use of Blockchain technology in the administrative process in terms of pre-contractual administrative acts is carried out, starting from the concept of the administrative act of procedure
